Steve is our dynamic Director of Franchise Operations, whose passion for the industry is matched only by his wealth of experience. Steve has over 30 years of franchising experience. Before leading our team, Steve served successfully as the VP of Operations at another large franchise. But his journey doesn’t stop there—prior to that, he spent an impressive stint from May 2014 to September 2023 as the Director of Operations at Firehouse Subs in Jacksonville, FL, where he honed his skills in igniting operational success.
