At Anderson Longevity Clinic we go beyond traditional healthcare and help you live your best life. That philosophy is what led Dr. Anderson to become an osteopathic physician, or doctor of osteopathy (D.O.). As a board certified physician with a doctorate from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, Dr Anderson combines his extensive medical experience with the newest in cutting edge treatments and protocols in order to provide patients with outstanding results.

With over a decade in healthcare—including the last five years focused on longevity—Gina blends clinical insight with operational expertise to drive growth, efficiency, and impact. Known for building high-performing teams and optimizing systems, she thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution.

With over 20 years of experience in education, administration, and training development, James brings a highly organized, data-driven approach to building systems that support growth and consistency. His strength lies in synthesizing complex information into structured, scalable tools that empower teams and reinforce brand standards.
James has led both large-scale and hands-on initiatives across public education and international franchising, including the modernization of training systems used across a global franchise network. His work consistently bridges the big picture with practical execution.

Leighton Peterson, Field Operations Manager
Leighton brings a strong background in operations and leadership, with expertise in scaling medical and wellness practices through streamlined systems, team development, and data-driven strategies. With almost a decade of experience in healthcare administration and medical aesthetics, she has led multi-location operations, built high-performing teams, and implemented processes that drive growth and elevate the client experience. At Anderson Longevity Clinic, Leighton plays a key role in developing the frameworks, training programs, and operational systems that help franchise owners launch successfully and run efficiently. Her deep understanding of both the clinical and business sides of wellness allows her to bridge the gap between patient care and profitability - offering franchisees continuous support in multiple avenues of their business. Passionate about empowering owners to thrive, she approaches every clinic with a focus on people, process, and performance. Fun fact - Leighton majored in Musical Theater, a background that refined her communication and presentation skills, now central to her ability to empower owners and train franchise teams nationwide
